We purchased this East Oak Pyramid Patio Heater in December of 2023. When the box arrived, we were so excited to open and assemble it. This heater is absolutely beautiful! It looks like we spent a million dollars on it. The quality is amazing, and assembly was easy. Unfortunately, a strong gust of wind blew it over and shattered the quartz glass before we were able to enjoy it. The wind was really strong to blow this heater over because it is nice and heavy. The quartz glass is made of high quality too. I reached out to customer service via email and explained the situation. "Mia" responded with empathy and came through like a champ! She immediately offered to replace the quartz glass and mail it to us free of charge! Unbeknownst to me, my husband had already ordered and paid for a replacement quartz glass via the website. I informed "Mia," and she issued a refund immediately! I highly recommend this product and East Oak customer service.
