First of all, I love the Mr. Heater vent free line - especially the radiant models. With that being said I have not actually taken this particular one out of the box quite yet. The listed Amazon item is a 20k BTU unit, Model MHVFRD20LPT, Item 299100. I received the 18k BTU unit, item 299820, however, and contacted the seller (Great Brands USA). The rep told me A) There was really no difference between the two, and B) they did not have the 299100 in stock. When I pointed out, therefore, that the Amazon listing is not accurate he said he'd "work on that right away". He did offer a return but I declined. I have no idea why one thing was advertised and another shipped, I just know that I did not order what I asked for. Should I choose to return it, I will base that on wrong item shipped...that's why I call this review Buyer Beware.Beyond the shipping (or false advertising) mishap, this line of products is very nice and really pumps out the heat. They are oxygen hogs so make sure you have an oxygen input of some sort supplying them, vent free does not mean oxygen free. Since I have a 20k BTU unit (have had since 2012), should this 18k unit not heat as well I will make sure and update my review. I like this line more than the Blue Flame line they make because of the porcelain tiles that create the radiating effect (the blue flame line is essentially free burning like a BBQ grill). My 20k unit can bring 250 sq ft room from 41 degrees to 70+ in 20 minutes, very nice. This works with a smaller LP bottle or a large one, single or 2 stage regulator. Great product, just don't appreciate the screw up.
