I had a UCEDER pool heater that stopped working... 2nd one I've ordered with the same problem.. the thermostat on these are garbage and will burn out causing the heater to become worthless. I bought this unit and re-wired the pool heater to no longer use the thermostat or the built in fuse (using an external GFCI outlet for protection now)This unit reliably turns the heater on and off at the appropriate temperature ranges as I need. I was concerned about it's waterproofness, but it has been raining for 2 weeks in my state pretty consistently and this thermostat has stood up to it without any issue.
