Unfortunately you can not give negative stars for this product, because a negative star review is warranted!! After waiting for a week and a half to receive this water heater it is a piece of garbage. I spent an additional 40 dollars on plumbing parts to install it for it not to work. Keeps reading "low flow" on the screen (even though we have excellent water pressure) so it will not work at all. The booklet states that it is a circuit board failure and I will have to return it.This company should be ashamed of themselves for sending out broken products and stealing people's hard earned money!!!!!Buyer beware!!!!
